Trends seem to come and go, but this 2023 fall season the trends are actually wearable. It’s fun getting excited over trends because we girls like to change things up. Also, we have some past staples that are coming back like the peplum, low-rise jeans and the more striking lingerie inspired looks.
Today I’ve narrowed it down to my top 3 favorite fall trends. Some of them I have been wearing way longer than just one season. Others I recently rediscovered how much I love and enjoy styling! What is your number one pick this season?
1. THE COLOR RED
My love affair with the color red has never really stopped! I have been wearing it for about three years now. Living proof of that is my closet…immediately you’ll see lots of my wardrobe and accessories are red. If you know me, that’s no surprise!
Red represents love, passion and power, and a full on red ensemble will always spread these vibes. Through fashion, we can go beyond what we see! We can spark an emotion!
The color red immediately catches the attention – think of how a bull is drawn to the matador’s red cape. It is FASCINATING, POWERFUL; making a woman feel confident enough to reach her highest potential. If you’re lacking red pieces in your closet, believe me, start stacking them one by one! 😂 It might just give you extra courage when stepping into the light!!!
If you are a beginner, start small by experimenting with red ACCESSORIES. Once you’ve conquered that, you’ll be conquering the world in a full on red outfit in no time!
Even adding the smallest touches of red like a bright nail polish or a signature red lipstick works. A cute handbag or sunglasses can also add the perfect pop of color and magic to your everyday outfit. There are so many ways to play with this hue; choose whatever vibes with your lifestyle the most!

2. THE MAXI SKIRT
I’m sure this fall trend is one you must have seen everywhere already. I know I have! The maxi skirt takes me back to the 90’s – I clearly remember my mom rocking a stylish denim maxi skirt, and I remember thinking that I can’t wait to grow up so I can wear one just like her. So here we are…my denim dreams are a reality!
It’s an absolute favorite trend of mine because the maxi skirt is so versatile. I have combined it with everything, from athleisure pieces like a sports crop tee to a sheer sleeves blouse for a night-out. Another reason I LOVE maxi skirts is that any type of shoes go with it…sneakers, pumps, boots, wedges, sandals. Each one of us needs to own at least one maxi skirt!

3. THE GLOSSY VINYL
This trend makes a statement by adding a bold, retro vibe, which I love. It definitely shakes things up from your everyday wear. When I’m feeling adventurous, I reach for that shiny vinyl item. What’s your go-to confidence booster piece?
Like the red trend, the glossy vinyl has been a part of my life for awhile. I’ve collected more than a few vinyl pieces and still wear them to this day, which is a BIG reason why I had to share my love for this fall trend. I know it may feel a little bit “out there” for some, but I love how it looks under the Vegas lights. It’s fun for me to wear when going out on the Strip to catch a show or a concert.

I’m a big fan of the colour red and maxi skirts too! I love the denim maxi skirt trend. I think if I could pull off the glossy vinyl trend too which I love the look of by the way, I probably would buy it, but just not flattering on me personally.
